Recipe - Brown Rice Peach Crisp

3 cup Cooked brown rice
1 cn (29oz) canned peach slices;
drained; cut in chunks
One half cup Honey; divided
One half cup Allpurpose flour
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
One fourth cup Butter
1/3 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)
Combine rice, peaches, and One fourth cup honey in greased 8x8x2inch baking dish.
Combine flour and spices in a small bowl; cut in butter until mixture is
crumbly. Sprinkle flour mixture over rice; drizzle with remaining One fourth cup
honey. Sprinkle nuts on top, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees 3035 minutes.
Serve warm.
