Recipe - Brown Rice Bread

Small Loaf
1 One fourth cup Vegetable broth; or water
1 tablespoon Olive oil; or canola oil
2 tablespoon Unsulphured molasses
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup Instant brown rice
One half teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
Large Loaf
1 Three fourths cup Vegetable broth; or water
5 teaspoon Olive oil; or canola oil
3 tablespoon Unsulphured molasses
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 Three fourths cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 Three fourths cup Whole wheat flour
1 One half cup Instant brown rice
1 teaspoon Pepper
5 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other
ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry
ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on
your machine for this loaf.
