in a small saucepan
Three fourths cup Water
1/3 cup Brown rice;
Simmer covered for 30
minutes. Remove from heat.
ADD
2 Figs; chopped
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg;
SERVE IN A SMALL BOWL WITH
One fourth cup Milk or yogurt(lowfat)
