Recipe - Brown Baggers White Bread

One half cup Milk
One half cup Water
1 Egg
3 cup Bread or all purpose flour
3 tablespoon Wheat germ
2 tablespoon Instant potato flakes
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half tablespoon Oil
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
Place all ingredients in machine according to Manufacturer's instructions.
Choose light Crust setting. Cool 1 hour BEFORE slicing.
TIP: For a variation, or Cheese Buttermilk Bread, add:
One half cup sharp white cheddar, grated omit butter omit honey
Makes 1 One half pound loaf
