Recipe - Broken Bow Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 cup Potatoes; thinly cut or sliced up
peeled
2/3 cup Onion; minced
2 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 One half cup Milk
Paprika

Arrange a layer of potatoes in a greased 2qt casserole. Cover with some of
the onion. Sprinkle some of the combined flour, salt and pepper. Dot with
some of the butter. Repeat layers until all are used, ending with butter.
Pour milk over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, in a slow oven
(325 degrees) 1 hour. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer or until potatoes
are tender. Yield: 4 servings. From Oklahoma Cookin' received from Joyce
