Recipe - Broiled Tunawiches

Ingredients:

1 cn (61/8 oz) waterpack tuna;
drained
One fourth cup Finely chopped onion
One fourth cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoon Chopped seeded cucumber
One fourth teaspoon Dried dill weed
2 English muffins; split,
toasted
4 sl Tomato
4 sl Cheddar cheese; 1oz each

In medium bowl, combine tuna, onion, mayonnaise, cucumber and dill; mix
well. Spread each muffin half with One fourth of mixture; top with tomato slice.
Place on broiler pan or ungreased cookie sheet.

Broil 46 inches from heat for 45 minutes or until tomato is hot. Top
each with cheese slice. Broil for an additional 12 minutes or until cheese
melts.
