Recipe - Broiled Tomatoes With Feta Cheese

Ingredients:
Broiled Tomatoes With Feta Cheese recipe makes 4 Servings
3 lg Ripe firm tomatoes; cut or sliced up
about 1/2" thick
4 ounce Feta cheese
One half tablespoon Chopped marjoram
Fruity olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
REHEAT BROILER. Overlap the tomatoes in a large baking dish. Crumble the
cheese over them, add half the marjoram and drizzle oil over the top. Place
the dish a few inches below the heat source and broil until the cheese is
melted and starting to color, about 7 minutes. Remove, drizzle a little
more oil over the top, add the rest of the marjoram, season with pepper and
