Recipe - Broiled Sweet Potatoes

2 Sweet Potatoes; cooked
3 tablespoon Butter Or Margarine; melted
1/3 cup Cornflake Crumbs
2 tablespoon Brown Sugar

Cut each potato lengthwise into fingerlike strips. Coat with butter.
Combine crumbs and sugar. Roll sweet potato pieces in crumb mixture. Broil
3 inches from flame until lightly brown.
