Recipe - Broiled Beef (Yakiniku)

2 pound Cubed beef
One half Head Sliced Cabbage
6 Scallions; cut in One half "
slices
1 lg Sweet potato; peeled cut or sliced up
2 Bell peppers; quartered
Lots of small mushrooms
2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
1 teaspoon Hot red pepper
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
One half cup Soy sauce
One fourth cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
Combine sesame seeds, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar
into a marinade. Marinate meat for one hour. Cook over charcoal, on a
griddle or under a broiler. Dip veggies in marinade and grill. Serve
immediately.
