Recipe - Broiled Bananas On Vanilla Ice Cream

4 Ripe bananas; peeled and
cut or sliced up in half lengthwise
One fourth cup Rum
A few shakes of cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream
Several curls of bittersweet
chocolate; peeled off a
bar With A Swivel Peeler

Preheat broiler. Arrange banana halves in shallow pan, cut side up.
Sprinkle rum evenly over bananas and shake cinnamon on top. Broil 4inch
from flame until softened and beginning to brown. Place two banana halves
in each of four bowls. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream top and serve,
topped with chocolate curls. Yield: 4 servings
