Categories: Childrens F, Vegetables, Broccosaurus Cutouts
Ingredients:

12 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
10 ounce Frozen chopped broccoli;
thawed and drained
1 Egg
Three fourths cup Milk
1 cup Rice; cooked
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick
cooking spray. In medium bowl, using wire whisk, stir together flour,
baking powder, and salt; set aside. In bowl of food processor fitted with
metal blade, process chopped broccoli and egg until smooth. Add milk and
process 1 minute. Transfer broccoli mixture to bowl containing flour
mixture. Add rice and cheese; stir ingredients together, mixing well.

Spoon mixture onto baking sheet. Using a rubber spatula, spread mixture
into about 10 x 13 rectangle. Bake 30 minutes or until set.

Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Gently slide a metal spatula underneath layer
to loosen. When cooled, slide onto work surface and cut out dinosaur (or
any favorite) shapes using a cookie cutter. To freeze, wrap tightly in
plastic wrap; reheat in microwave.
