Recipe - Broccoli With Zest

1 One half cup Evaporated skim milk
3 tablespoon Flour
One fourth teaspoon Lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Prepared horseradish
3 cup Frozen cut broccoli; cooked
and drained
In cover jar combine evaporated skim milk, flour and lemon pepper. Pour
into medium saucepan sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. Cook over
medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Stir in mustard
and horseradish. Add broccoli and stir until blended.
NOTES : Serves 4 (Three fourths cup) Each serving equals: HE: 1 One half Ve, Three fourths SM, 1/4
