Recipe - Broccoli With Lemon

1 pound Fresh broccoli
3 tablespoon Water
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 One half teaspoon Olive oil
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Chicken bouillon granules
Garnish: lemon wedges
Cut broccoli into small spears. Arrange spears in a steamer basket over
boiling water. Steam, covered, 5 to 8 minutes or until crisptender. Drain.
Combine 3 tablespoons water and next 5 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to
a boil. Stir in broccoli. Garnish, if desired.
Makes 4 servings. Per serving: Calories 56, Fat 3g.
