Ingredients:
Broccoli And Pine Nuts recipe makes 4 Servings
2 pound Fresh broccoli;
1 tablespoon Betty's Butter
3 tablespoon Fresh lime juice;
One fourth cup Toasted pine nuts(pignoli)
Trim off fresh stems and cut broccoli into flowerets about 3" long.
Steam over boiling water until crisptender, about 2 minutes. Drain
and let dry on paper towels. In a nonstick skillet and stirfry 3
minutes. Just before serving, toss pine nuts.
