Recipe - Broccoli And Cheddar Pizza

1 tablespoon + 2t. olive oil
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2 cup Thawed frozen chopped
Broccoli
One half cup Part skim ricotta cheese
1 pack Pizza crust dough(Pillsbury)
1 teaspoon Sesame seed
3 ounce Redfat Cheddar, shredded
3 ounce Partskim, mozzarella
Shredded
2 teaspoon Grated parmesan cheese
Dash of pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 10inch nonstick skillet heat oil; add
garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until golden brown,
about 1 minute. Add broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until
broccoli is thoroughly heated, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in
ricotta cheese and set aside.
Spray 12inch round pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray; fit pizzacrust
dough into pan. Spread broccoli mixture evenly over dough, leaving 1/2
inch of outer edge of dough uncovered. Sprinkle sesame seed over outer
edge of dough. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over broccoli
mixture, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
Bake until pizza crust is lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Per serving:
One half Fat, 1 One fourth Proteins, One half Vegetable, 1 One fourth Breads, 10 Optional Calories
