Recipe - Broccoli Chicken And Rice Casserole

1 Box Uncle Ben's Country Inn
Rice Dishes Broccoli au
Gratin
2 cup Boiling water
4 Frozen chicken breasts;
boneless/skinless
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
2 cup Frozen broccoli
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded

Heat oven to 425øF. In 13" x 9" baking pan, combine rice and contents of
seasoning packet. Add boiling water; mix well. Add chicken, sprinkle with
garlic powder, cover and bake 30 minutes.

Add broccoli and cheese, continue to bake covered 8 to 10 minutes, or until
chicken juices run clear.
