Recipe - Broccoli Stir-Fry

1 One half pound Broccoli
2 tablespoon Peanut oil
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Honey
One half teaspoon Fresh grated ginger root or
One fourth teaspoon ground ginger
One fourth teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
One fourth cup Slivered almonds
Wash broccoli and cut off broccoli flowerets. Slice stems One fourth inch thick.
In large skillet or wok, heat oil; stirfry broccoli 5 minutes until
crisptender. In small bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Add honey,
ginger and hot pepper sauce. Pour over broccoli. Cook until sauce thickens
slightly. Stir in almonds.
