Recipe - Broccoli Pie

2 cup Mashed potatoes
One half cup Basil,; chopped
One fourth cup And 2 tablespoons Parmesan
cheese
1 cup Ricotta cheese
One half cup Sour cream
2 Eggs,; beaten
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
2 cup Broccoli florets, blanched;
cut into bitesized pieces
1 9inch prebaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine all ingredients, except
2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Pour mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle
remaining cheese on top. Bake for 1 hour.
