Recipe - Broccoli Oven Omelet

9 Eggs
1 pack (10oz) frozen broccoli
1/3 cup Finely chopped onion
One fourth cup Grated Parmesan
2 tablespoon Milk
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Dried basil
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
1 md Tomato; cut or sliced up in 6 wedges
One fourth cup Grated parmesan cheese
Beat eggs with hand beater in 2 1/2qt bowl until light and fluffy. Stir in
broccoli, onion, One fourth c. cheese, milk, salt, basil and garlic powder. Pour
into ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11x7 1/2. Arrange slices on top;
sprinkle with One fourth c. cheese. Cook uncovered at 325* for 2530 min.
