Recipe - Broccoli Lasagna Au Gratin

2 pack (10oz) frozen chopped
broccoli; thawed and
drained
2 cup Smallcurd cottage cheese
2 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
1 Jar (26oz) spaghetti sauce
(any type or homemade)
9 Cooked lasagna noodles
2 cup Mozzarella cheese
One half (up to)
1 cup Grated parmesan cheese

Hi everyone! This is one of my family's favorites from America's Best
Recipes (Southern Living) I wanted to pass along.......................
Combine broccoli, cottage cheese and eggs in medium bowl; stir well. Set
aside. Spoon 1/3 cup spaghetti sauce into bottom of lightly greased 13"x9"
pan; spread evenly. Arrange 3 cooked lasagna noodles on top of sauce. Layer
1/3 reserved broccoli mixture over noodles; top with 1/3 each of remaining
spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers
twice. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 3035 minutes or until hot and
bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 810 servings.
