Recipe - Broccoli Green Rice Casserole

1 pack (10oz) frozen chooped
broccoli
Three fourths cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoon Butter
4 lg Eggs; beaten
2 cup Milk
1 One half cup Grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup Cooked rice
One fourth cup Chopped canned green chilie
1 Jar (2oz) pimentos; chopped
1 One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse broccoli with hot water to separate;
drain well. Saute onion and broccoli in butter until onion is tender.
Combine with eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, rice, chilies, pimentos, salt
and Worcestershire sauce.
Turn into a greased 8inchsquare (2 qt) baking dish. Set in shallow pan
of hot water. Bake about 40 minutes, until set in center.
