Recipe - Broccoli Cheese Soup

One half tablespoon Oil
One fourth cup Chopped onion
1 One half cup Water
1 One half Chicken bouillon
1 One half ounce Fine egg noodles
1 Whole pkg. frozen (10 oz.)
chopped broccoli
1 Whole shake garlic salt
2 cup Skim milk
8 ounce Velveeta cheese; cubed
Cook onion in oil in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add water
and dissolve bouillon cube and bring to boil, add noodles and boil 3
minutes. Add broccoli and cook 4 minutes. Add garlic, milk and Velveeta
cheese. Heat and stir until melted. This is a Weight Watchers recipe. It
serves 4 at 1 One fourth cups each; 1/3 fat exchange, One half bread exchange, 4
calories for bouillon, One half milk exchange, 2 ounces cheese equals 2 protein
exchanges and vegetables.
