Recipe - Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

5 pound Broccoli, cut into florets
5 pound Cauliflower, cut into
florets
1 2/3 cup Thinly cut or sliced up green onions
6 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Sugar
3 tablespoon Vinegar
2 One half pound Sliced bacon, cooked and
crumbled
1 One half pound Cheddar cheese, cubed
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower and onions. Combine
mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; pour over vegetables 1 hour before serving.
Chill. Just before servings, add bacon and cheese; toss. Yield: 100 (1/2
cup) servings.
