Ingredients:
Broccoli Bake Microwave recipe makes 6 Servings
1 cn Cream of broccoli soup
One half cup Milk
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 ds Pepper
1 pack (20 Oz.) frozen broccoli
cuts cooked
1 cn (2.8 Oz.) French fried onion
1. Combine soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper.
2. In 10 x 6 inch baking dish, layer One half of broccoli, One half of the soup
mixture and One half can of onions.
3. Cover with waxed paper; microwave on high 8 minutes. Rotating dish
halfway through heating. Top with remaining onions. Microwave uncovered 1
minute. Serves 6.
