Recipe - Broccoli-Cheese Pie

1 pound Broccoli cuts
One fourth cup Finely chopped onion
2 tablespoon Allpurpose flour
One fourth cup Water
4 lg Eggs
1 One fourth cup Milk
4 dr Hot sauce; up to 6
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
2/3 cup (2 Three fourths ounces) shredded
swiss cheese
1/3 cup Grated parmesan cheese
toss together first 3 ingredients.
Combine One fourth cup water and next 6 ingredients. Stir in vegetables, and pour
into a greased 10inch pieplate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake at
350° for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 1 (10inch) pie.
