Recipe - Brisket In White Wine

1 Brisket; 46 pounds
2 Onions; cut or sliced up
One half cup White wine
1 cup Brown sugar
Salt; pepper and your
favorite seasonings
Season brisket with salt, pepper and your favorite seasonings. Bake
uncovered, fat side up, at 350 degrees for 1One half hours.
Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Lay onion on top of brisket, cover with brown
sugar and add white wine. Cover and cook 1One half hours more. Do not open oven
door during cooking.
