Recipe - Brigittes Mincemeat Cookies

One half cup Minced onion
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
2 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Paprika
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
One fourth cup Margarine
1 pound Ground beef or turkey
2 tablespoon Flour
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 cn Sliced mushrooms
1 cup Sour cream or buttermilk
1. Saute onion in margarine until golden. Stir in meat, garlic,
flour, paprika, salt and pepper, and mushrooms; saute 5 minutes.
2. Add soup (undiluted); simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour
cream or buttermilk and sprinkle with parsley. Serve over rice,
noodles or toast.
