8 ounce Medium noodles, cooked and
.drained
2 cup Cottage cheese
One half cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Crushed basil
One fourth cup Bread crumbs
1 pack 10 ounce frozen, drained,
.chopped and thawed spinach
One half cup Sour cream
One fourth teaspoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon Melted butter
One fourth teaspoon Thyme, crushed
In a large bowl, mix spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan
cheese, sour cream, salt, tabasco, basil and thyme.
Stir in noodles. Turn into a 1 One half quart casserole
dish. In a small bowl, combine butter and bread
crumbs. Sprinkle over the casserole. Cover and bake at
350F for 45 minutes.
