Recipe - Brides Pudding

2 Envelopes unflavored gelatin
One half cup Water
6 Eggs
1 pn Salt
Three fourths cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 pt Whipped cream
1 cn Flaked coconut
2 pack Frozen raspberries; thawed

Soften gelatin in water. Whip egg whites to a froth with a pinch of salt,
then until peaks form. Slowly mix in gelatin, and vanilla being sure that
it is well mixed. Whip cream and fold into gelatin mixture. Butter a
springform pan. Press most of the coconut onto sides and bottom of pan.
Pour in whipped cream mixture. Top with rest of coconut. Chill for 45
hours until completely set. Unmold on large palte and dribble with berries,
placing more around edges. Serve immediately.
