Recipe - Brians Spicey Fig Sauce

Ingredients:

3 Fresh figs
1 Onion (about 3" diam)
1 cup Carrots
3 Garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Celery seed
3 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon Lemom juice
4 Red Habeneros

Chopped everything put everything in a blender blend until smooth Tasty,
slightly sweet, and just the right heat to not scare away the neighbors.

NOTES : From time to time, I find something and just have to experiment.
Last night at the local market they were giving out samples of fresh Fig. I
tried a piece of one and thought hhmmmm this is sticky, has a citrus flavor
(almost like Kiwi), and a mild fig taste......
Well when I got home with 6 of these,I ate 1, thetwins polished off 2 more,
and this is what I did with the rest........
