Ingredients:

2 cup Water
One half cup Cream of Wheat
4 sl Bacon, minced
1/3 cup Shredded carrots
2 tablespoon Minced green onion
2 tablespoon Margarine
Maple syrup

In large saucepan, over high heat, heat water to a boil; slowly sprinkle in
cereal. Cook and stir until thickened, about 13 minutes; remove from heat.
In small skillet, cook bacon, carrot and green onion in 1 tsp margarine
until tender. Stir into cereal mixture. Spread into greased and foillined
8x8x2inch pan. Chill until firm, about 30 minutes. Lift up foil to remove
from pan. Cut into 4 (4inch) squares; then cut squares diagonally in half
to form triangles.

In large skillet, over mediumhigh heat, cook triangles in remaining
margarine until crisp and golden on each side, about 5 minutes. Serve
immediately with syrup, if desired.
