Recipe - Breakfast Shake (Alias Kps Breakfast-On-The-Run!)

8 ounce Milk
1 Cube tofu (optional); (1
inch)
One fourth cup Any flavor yogurt or use
plain yogurt and a fresh
banana; strawberries,
peaches or whatever fruit
you have
Tofu makes it frothy and thick. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for
1 minute or until frothy. It's a great "breakfastontherun". Try using
1/3 cup milk and 2/3 cup orange juice with plain yogurt. Or substitute a
raw egg for the yogurt. (Either supply you with the protein you need to
start the day.) Add a whole grain muffin (carbohydrates) to keep you going
well past lunch time.
