Recipe - Breakfast Pizza- Low Fat

8 ounce Reducedfat turkey sausage
1 Italian; (16ounce) bread
shell
1 cup (4 ounces) reducedfat
shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) reducedfat
mozzarella cheese
One fourth cup Egg substitute
One fourth cup Skim milk
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Spread over bread shell; sprinkle with
cheeses.
Combine egg substitute and next 3 ingredients; pour over cheese. Bake at
350° for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
