Recipe - Breakfast Hash Casserole

4 cup Frozen hash browns
1 cn Corned beef hash
2 cup Milk
8 Eggs
4 ounce Shredded cheddar cheese
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat frozen hash browns for 10 minutes in microwave on high. In large bowl
mix the corned beef hash and add milk and eggs. Mix well. Add potato and
shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.
Mix well and pour in 2 10" pie plates that have been sprayed with nonstick
spray.
Sprinkle 2 oz. shredded cheese on top of each and bake at 350 until brown.
Serves 68.
