Recipe - Breakfast Butters

ALMOND PEACH BUTTER
One half cup Butter; softened
1/3 cup Peach preserves
One half teaspoon Almond extract
One half teaspoon Powdered sugar
HONEY ORANGE BUTTER
One half cup Butter; softened
One fourth cup Honey
2 tablespoon Orange marmalade
APPLE CINNAMON BUTTER
One half cup Butter; softened
2 tablespoon Maple syrup
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
STAWBERRY BUTTER
One half cup Butter; softened
1/3 cup Strawberry preserves
One half teaspoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Powdered sugar
1. For each flavor of butter, whip butter with electric mixer in a small
bowl until smooth and fluffy; gradually add remaining ingredients.
2. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Notes: These are especially great for those who like to keep refined sugar
to a minimum. Just use naturally sweetened, no sugar added preserves, omit
the sugar and use honey and then use them on French Toast or Pancakes,
waffles, of even toast ! Very good.
