Recipe - Breadmaker Zucchini Bread

One half cup Zucchini; grated
Three fourths cup Water
3 tablespoon Walnut oil
3 tablespoon Honey
1/3 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1 One half tablespoon Vital gluten; to 3 tbls
2 One fourth cup Whole wheat flour
Three fourths cup Oat flour
2 teaspoon Yeast
1/3 cup Walnuts; chopped

Add ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Medium color
setting. Makes 1One half pound loaf.
