Recipe - Bread For Stuffing

1 cup Water
1 lg Egg
3 tablespoon Butter/margarine/oil
One half cup Diced onion
3 teaspoon Brown/white sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1/3 teaspoon Black pepper coarse
1 One half teaspoon Dry sage, (10 One fourth oz.)
1 One half teaspoon Celery seeds
1 One half teaspoon Poultry seasoning
3 One half cup Bread flour*
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
*Can substitute 2 One half cup bread flour and 2/3 cup Cornmeal.
Load machine in order given. Use regular bread cycle.
