Recipe - Bread Zucchini

1 One half cup Sugar
Three fourths cup Brown sugar
3 cup Flour
1 One fourth teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
3 Whole eggs well beaten
1 cup Oil
1 One fourth teaspoon Vanilla
2 cup Zucchini grated

With electric mixer, combine first seven ingredients. Then add eggs, oil,
vannilla, and zucchini. Mix well.

Divide mixture into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees for approx.
1 hour or until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.

Cool on rack. Can be frozen if required.
