4 cup Dry bread cubes;(3 slices)
1 Onion; chopped
1 Garlic clove;(One half tsp pwdr)
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper;
One fourth teaspoon Dried marjoram;(or oregano)
1 cup Celery;chopped (3 stalks)
2 tablespoon Parsley leaves;or 2 tsp dry
1 cup Hot water or turkey broth;
Three fourths teaspoon Ground sage;
One half teaspoon Dried thyme;or One fourth tsp
1/8 teaspoon Basil;optional
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss to mix well. Stuff into a
10pound turkey or 4 cornish hens. 46 servings.
