Recipe - Bread Griddle Cakes

1 One half cup Bread crumbs; stale fine
2 Eggs
1 One half cup Milk; scalded
One half cup Flour
2 tablespoon Butter
4 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
Add milk and butter to crumbs and soak until crumbs are soft. Add well
beaten eggs, then flour, salt, and baking powder. Cook same as other
griddle cakes.
