Recipe - Brazilian Holiday Chicken

3 cup Chicken, chopped in 1"
Pieces
1 lg Onion, cut or sliced up
1 One half Green bell peppers, minced
1 Red bell pepper, minced
3 cl Garlic, chopped
One half Bay leaf
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon Cumin
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano
2 cn (15oz) no salt added tomato
Sauce
1 cn (15oz) water
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
5 cup Celery, chopped
Cook all ingredients except celery 1 hour and 20 minutes. Add celery and
cook until crisp tender, about 25 minutes.
Variation: Serve with brown rice.
