Recipe - Braunschweiger Ball

1 pound Braunschweiger
One half teaspoon Basil leaves
8 ounce Cream cheese
Three fourths teaspoon Garlic powder
1 cl Garlic OR
Three fourths teaspoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Salad dressing/mayonnaise
3 teaspoon Dry minced onion

Blend meat, basil, garlic and onion. Form into ball. Combine cream cheese,
salad dressing and garlic powder. Spread over top of braunschweiger ball.
Chill at least 24 hours before serving. Optional garnish with parsley.
