Recipe - Braunburgers

1 pound Ground beef
One fourth pound Braunschweiger sausage; *
One fourth cup Dairy sour cream
2 tablespoon Onion; finely chopped
* Braunschweiger Sausage is also known as liver sausage. Because of the
seasonings in the sausage, no additional seasonings are needed. Mix all the
ingredients together. Shape mixture into 5 patties, each about 3/4inch
thick. Broil or grill the patties 4inches from the heat, turning once,
until the desired doneness is reached, about 10 to 15 minutes.
