Recipe - Bratwurst With Apple Kraut

4 Tart apples, peeled, cored,
and cut or sliced up . (3 cups )
1 27 ounce can sauerdraut,
drained and snipped
1 pound Bratwurst links, halved
crosswise
One fourth cup Packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Caraway seed

In a crockery cooker, stir together all ingredients. Stir in One fourth cup water.
Cover and cook on lowheat setting for 3 4 hours. Makes 6 servings.
