Recipe - Brantley Beachs Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients:

2 cup Dried cranberries; such as
ocean spray "cranberry
raisins"
16 ounce Cranberry sauce; whole berry
16 ounce Jellied cranberry sauce
4 Roma tomatoes; seeded and
minced
1 Bell pepper; minced
1 Onion; minced
1 Stalk celery; minced
1 Jalapeno pepper; minced and
seeded, optional
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro

Blend all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate for at least a day before
serving.
