Recipe - Brandy (Kahlua) Balls

2 One half cup Vanilla wafer cookies;*,
crumbled
1 cup Sifted powdered sugar
2 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa
One fourth cup Brandy or Kahlua
1 cup Walnuts or pecans;, finely
chopped
3 tablespoon Light corn syrup
Powdered sugar
Place cookie crumbs, sugar, cocoa, brandy or Kahlua, nuts and corn syrup in
a mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined. Shape by hand into round
balls about 1 inch in diameter. Roll balls in powdered sugar to coat. Store
in an airtight container for at least one day before serving to allow
flavors to mingle. Makes about 3 One half dozen.
NOTES : *This is equivalent to one 7 One fourth ounce box, or about 60 cookies.
