Recipe - Brandied Summer Fruit

1 One half cup Apricots, cut or sliced up
1 cup Strawberries, cut or sliced up
1 cup Blackberries
1 cup Cantaloupe, cubed and peeled
One half cup Raspberries
One fourth cup Apple juice
One fourth cup Brandy
2 tablespoon Sugar
Mint leaves, optional
Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; and toss fruit gently. Cover
fruit, and chill for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Garnish fruit with
mint leaves, if desired.
NOTES : Per serving: cals 142 4%ff fat .7g
