4 tablespoon Margarine, pareve
One half cup Brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon Orange peel, grated
One half cup Brandy
8 Med.yams,cooked,peel,slice
OR
2 1 lb.canned yams, drained
Sliced.
Melt margarine in large skillet. Add sugar and stir over low heat until
melted. Add yams, orange peel, and brandy and cook over low heat 15 min.
basting yams frequently.
