Ingredients:
Brandied Gorgonzola Dip recipe makes 3 Half-pint Jars M
One half cup Gorgonzola Cheese
Three fourths cup Sour Cream
One fourth teaspoon White Pepper
Three fourths teaspoon Brandy
Blend the gorgonzola cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the remaining
ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 One fourth cups of dip.
