Recipe - Bran Muffins (Lacto)

1 One half cup Stoneground wholemeal SR
Flour
One half cup Nonfat youghurt, sugar
Free
One fourth cup Unprocessed bran
1 cup Natural sultanas or raisins
One fourth cup Skim milk powder
1 Egg white or substitute
One half cup Unsweetened apple or grape
Juice
Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F. Combine all ingredients until the mixture
resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into nonstick muffins tins
(or use spray oil substitute). Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until
brown.
